Ideal Quarry originally opened in 1869 was reopened in 1992 to provide material for the restoration of Baker City, Oregon. Over the past 15 years Ideal Quarry has been supplying natural stone for all types of creative projects and now resource material from seven locations.

Horvath Masonry, in business since 1981, is located in Mt. Shasta, California, owns and operates Ideal Quarry. We supply material and build custom fireplaces, walls and stairs using traditional masonry skills. We also design and build large capacity wire saws.
